Over her 25 years in People Ops leadership as Founding VP, HR at Salesforce.com, Principal at Connery Consulting and OpenComp Co-Founder, Nancy Connery, has learned that companies who embrace the strategic importance of people operations from the earliest stages are those that achieve success over the long term. And getting pay right is the linchpin to fostering positive, healthy employment relationships. Nancy's philosophy dates back to her early days at Salesforce where her first HR hire was her OpenComp Co-Founder, Thanh Nguyen, as the company's first compensation expert.
